It was a small sketch for St1Will, an incentive. It's a picture of a rebel Commander, Emanuel Ortega, leading the anti CCCP force in order to bring liberty and freedom to his country, before the CCCP forces barged in and fucked everything up (webcomic related). Been quite a bit since I did anthro + military art.
